These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 204pub ("204pub," "we," "us," or "our") with respect to your access to and use of the 204pub online gaming platform available at 204pub.pro, including all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

204pub reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of the above obligations, without prior notice and without liability to the affected user. Any balances associated with accounts closed for prohibited conduct may be forfeited at 204pub's sole discretion, subject to applicable legal requirements.

All monetary transactions on the 204pub Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless an alternative currency is explicitly offered at the time of transaction. 204pub supports deposits and withdrawals through the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT (Tether).

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 204pub account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts are published on the Platform and may vary by payment method. 204pub does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 204pub is not responsible.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

Sports Betting: Sports betting odds are determined by 204pub and may change prior to event commencement. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 204pub, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming funds resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain adequate security practices;
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to technical maintenance, system upgrades, or force majeure events;
• Errors in game outcomes caused by factors beyond 204pub's reasonable control;
• Financial losses resulting from decisions to wager on the Platform;
• Any third-party payment processing delays, failures, or charges.

204pub does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 204pub's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to the Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. You may close your 204pub account by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Any verified, withdrawable balance remaining in your account at the time of voluntary closure will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure.

Termination by 204pub: 204pub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, fraudulent, or misleading information;
• Failure to pass or complete identity verification (KYC);
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful activity;
• Receipt of a direction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• Your account remaining inactive (no login or wagering activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months.

In the event of termination for cause, 204pub reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and, where a breach is confirmed, to forfeit such balances in accordance with applicable law.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute between you and 204pub, you agree to first attempt resolution by contacting 204pub customer support and providing a clear written description of the nature of your complaint. 204pub will endeavour to respond to and resolve all legitimate complaints within a reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, either party may pursue resolution through the competent courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines. 204pub does not waive any rights or defences available to it under applicable Philippine law by virtue of these Terms.

204pub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, 204pub will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect.

Your continued use of the 204pub Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 above.
